  • Provide a three day forum for exchange on advances in drying and dehydration technologies
  • Encourage collaborations between drying specialists from academia and industry



The scientific program will be based on oral and poster sessions along with plenary lectures. A roundtable of exchange between academia and industry will also be organized. Contributions from entire spectrum of drying and dewatering science and technology are eligible as:

  • fundamentals of drying,
  • modelling and simulation,
  • physical properties,
  • chemical and polymer materials,
  • food and agricultural materials,
  • pharmaceutical and biomaterials,
  • measurements and process control,
  • industrial processes and equipment,
  • innovative technologies,
  • energy and environmental implications,
  • other processes.
